We’re a friendly bunch that are split between Dublin, Porto, and Cluj. We’re fond of a good design workshop and getting the team together, so you’ll have the opportunity to travel to these locations on occasion. ✈️

There is a long history of design within Paddy Power that goes back nearly a decade, so you won’t have to advocate and fight for UX here (well…maybe sometimes). This also means that you’ll be joining a team of seasoned designers.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting new features on the sports & gaming apps, as well as the betting store experience. To make this all a bit sweeter, you can work from pretty much anywhere in the world for up to 20 days a year, and we also have very generous annual leave!
Design System
Our design system, known as ‘Locker Room’, holds an assortment of tools, documentation, guides, and templates. This has been the backbone in building consistent experiences across all of the Paddy Power products and features.
