Capturing culture in a few words ain't easy but we’ll give it a go...
That there 👉 is a picture of our product design offsite in 2019. We stayed in Porto for a week working together on team building actives followed by a boat trip down the Douro river. The picture speaks for itself, it was mighty craic!
During a typical week you'll find us doing some of the following non project-work related activities
Pick a random topic and start drawing - you only have 3 minutes to complete - a recent example is Draw items on your desk fighting each other ✍️
We grab a drink (your choice) every 2nd Friday where we get a brief team update followed by chats. 🍹
Caroline and Miguel are crowned the joke legends and they gift us with a joke every Friday morning 😂
We explore some wild ideas. We can proudly say some of these ideas made it into the app. 🚀
So what the hell’s a watch party? Normally reserved for fun things like Netflix or Disney+, watch parties are a way to watch your favourite episode together with your friends and then chat about it afterwards. We’ve done the same but for Design talks & then have a little discussion afterwards.
It’s a time for us to come together as Design Team and continue to build our design culture by being influenced and inspired by the broader design community.

Here are some of the next events (e.g. conferences, courses) that some of our team are attending.
