We’re a friendly bunch of product designers who work jointly with product managers, product owners and developers to craft the uniquely Paddy Power experiences which our customers know and love.
We have four distinct teams in Product Design
• Two product design teams. It’s their job to design the customers experiences within the Paddy Power products
• The design systems team are dedicated to building a quality system that makes everyone’s job that little bit easier
• Our influential research team who find insights through talking to our customers and identifying usability issues in our designs

Alan Conlan
Before joining PP I ran my own design agency. Originally trained as a graphic designer but have worked across different areas of design from branding & advertising, direct marketing & Product design. I’ve been with PP for over 8 years now.
Marta Teixeira
I am from Porto, I have a cat called Farrusco, better known as Rusco and two dogs, Malu and Boris (which is my favourite, don’t tell the others!) I love plants, I’m always trying to learn more about how to care for them and I really like board games and camping.
Scott Robinson
Originally from Belfast, I moved to join Paddy Power last November. I’ve worked as a UXer for ~5 years and am driven to create cool and exciting design solutions. I live with my fiancée Eimear in Dublin and enjoy getting out to explore nearby.
Francis ODwyer
Hey, I’m Francis. I’m from the southeast of Ireland. Love outdoor activities (running, cycling, surfing and snowboarding when I can) followed by a tasty pint. Also a big coffee nerd like the rest of the team.
Miguel Lima
Hi there, my name is Miguel and I am a UI designer in Paddy Powers Product Design team. In my role, I design for all web and retail products. I am Portuguese based in Porto, Portugal. My hobby is doing all types of sport. I like being around people.
Rita Teixeira

Rita Queirós
Hi there! My name is Rita and I’m from Porto. I’m a Product Designer in Paddy Power’s Product Design team and couldn’t feel happier! As for downtime? When I'm not designing, I am probably reading a book somewhere.
José Pinto
Born and raised in Porto, where I live with my wife, son and an old dog. I wanted to be an architect as a kid and a movie director when I graduated… but turned out to become a designer. I love simple things and making everything simple.
Rita Ramalho
Hey'all, I'm Rita. I consider myself a problem solver. I love to understand all the details related to it and get the best experience for the user. In my spare time, I love outdoor activities, trying new restaurants and hanging out with family/friends.

Hi there! I’m Lavinia, the Associate Product Designer of PP Design Team. I’m based in Cluj and in my free time I like to travel and read books. Also I’m a big fan of specialty coffee and music festivals.

Hi! I’m Matilde, a Product Designer Intern in this awesome team! I started out as a graphic designer and I’m now entering the beautiful world of UI/UX. I love spending time outdoors but also love having a cup of tea with a book or a game controller in my hands.
Denisa Pop
Hey there! I'm Denisa, Product Designer at Paddy Power based in Cluj. My journey with UX design started 5 years ago and I am still going strong. When I'm not wearing my designer hat, I enjoy running, hiking, spending time with my cat and painting abstract art.
